This isn't your normal hunting camp. It has way more creature comforts than most. You could more accurately describe it as a second home deep in the woods. There are a fully functioning kitchen, a nice dining room with sliding glass doors to a deck, a spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, a 3/4 bath, and a storage room on the first floor. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with closets and cathedral ceilings plus a half bath. One bedroom has a loft area, and the other has a sitting area. There are a screened porch off the kitchen and a sundeck off the living room. There are propane lights, and all the appliances run on propane. Your heat is provided by an "All Nighter" wood stove right in the center of the home. There is a generator for electricity that runs the pump from the drilled well, and there is a concrete septic tank with leach field. The asphalt shingle roof has plenty of wear left in it. Outside you have a couple storage sheds and an outhouse. The structures are located near the middle of the 20 acre lot which if fairly level and has nice stands of mature hardwoods on it. The property is accessed by a private road that is in fairly good condition. There is a small voluntary donation requested each year for road maintenance. Don't hesitate. This won't last long.
